Nir Kabaretti

Nir Kabaretti graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, and is music and artistic director of the Santa Barbara Symphony. He has guest conducted the philharmonic orchestras of Tokyo, Israel, Taiwan, Buenos Aires, Bogota, and Rochester, as well as the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse and the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra. His operatic experience includes productions at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino (Florence), Teatro Real (Madrid), the Israeli Opera, the Lausanne Opera, the New National Theatre (Tokyo), and the Bregenz Festival.
